• What meeting rooms are available?

  The hotel has several meeting rooms and multipurpose halls. These spaces vary in size and are suitable for small to large gatherings.

• What are the capacities per room in theater layout?

  The capacity per room in theater-style seating varies by room: the entire Beijing Room can accommodate up to 350 people in theater layout seating. Other meeting rooms have a lower seating capacity in theater layout seating. We’re happy to provide this information upon request.

• What are the capacities per room in a U-shape?

  In a U-shape configuration, the rooms offer various options: larger spaces, such as Sydney 1, can accommodate up to 18 people in a U-shape, and combinations of rooms, such as the entire Sydney, also offer flexible U-shape capacity. For exact U-shape capacities per room, please contact us.

• What are the capacities per room in a boardroom layout?

  Rooms with a boardroom layout can accommodate up to 14 people.

• What audiovisual equipment (AV inventory) is available as standard in the rooms?

  Our rooms are equipped with a projector or screen as standard. For additional audiovisual needs, please contact our sales department, who will be happy to assist you.

• What meeting packages are available at the hotel?

  We offer meeting packages based on half-day sessions. We’d be happy to provide a customized quote based on your needs.

• What are the rates per half-day for the meeting packages?

• Is room rental included in a meeting package?

  No, room rental is charged separately and is not included in the meeting packages.

• What is included as standard in the meeting packages?

  The meeting packages include a variety of treats, coffee, tea, and soft drinks, available in the lobby.

• What catering options are available?

  We offer standard catering options, but we’re also happy to work with you to tailor the menu to your specific needs.

• What types of break-out snacks are available for business meetings?

  A wide variety of hot and cold snacks is available. Specific requests can be discussed during a personal consultation.

• Are special dietary requirements or allergies possible, such as halal, kosher, or nut free?

  Yes, we are happy to accommodate dietary requests and allergies. We ask that you let us know well in advance.

• How can guests request a copy of their invoice after departure?

  The final invoice will be sent one day after the end of your event. A pro forma invoice can be sent in advance upon request.

• How can guests request a VAT breakdown after departure?

  A VAT breakdown can easily be requested via email or by phone from our administration department.

• When is a booking considered a group booking (number of rooms)?

  A booking is considered a group booking for 15 or more hotel rooms, including dinner.

• What conditions apply to group bookings?

  If the entire reservation or part of it is canceled, the hotel will charge the cancellation fees listed below as a percentage of the canceled amount.

  • For cancellations made within 12 weeks of the event date (100+ people) 25%
  • For cancellations within 8 weeks of the event date (50+ people) 40%
  • For cancellations within 4 weeks of the event date 60%
  • For cancellations within 3 weeks of the event date 70%
  • For cancellations within 2 weeks of the event date 80%
  • For cancellations within 1 week of the activity date 100%

  We offer you the option to reduce the reserved number of people by 10% free of charge up to 2 business days before the activity date.

  If we do not receive any changes to the numbers, the reserved number of people will be charged to you.

  If we have contracted materials, services, or other items from a third party or parties for your reservation, the cancellation fees will depend on the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier.
