Room service is available for a surcharge of €15.00 per order.
You can order daily between 12:00 and 20:00 via the Valk Service system. In your room you will find a QR code that will lead you to the online ordering environment, where you can place your order and pay immediately.

Our swimming pool, fitness room and wellness centre are open daily from 07:00 to 22:00. For the use of the fitness room we ask you to make a reservation in advance via www.fitbodysports.nl.
Access to all facilities is possible with your room pass.
Wi-Fi
You can use our Wi-Fi network for free throughout the hotel: Hotel Nootdorp.
Charging point
At the front of our hotel, in the parking lot, you will find electric charging stations where you can charge your car.
Safe and climate control
A safe can be found in the wardrobe in your room. The instructions for use can be found on the front of the safe. The control panel for the climate control can be found around the corner from eye level.
Coffee machine
Fill the water reservoir at the back. Press the on button. The device will start flashing. When this stops, press the desired coffee. For hot water, press the button with the drop.
Whirlpool
Fill the bath completely and then hold your finger on the silver button on the edge of the bath. This button functions as a touchscreen. The whirlpool will then start working.
Hotel entrance
After 22:00 it is no longer possible to enter the hotel via the entrance in the garage. You can use the main entrance at the front of the hotel 24/7.
Liability
Hotel Den Haag – Nootdorp is not liable for loss and/or theft of your (valuable) belongings. We advise you to store your valuables in your room safe.
Mobile Key
When you use the Mobile Key function, you can enter your room and the facilities on the seventh floor with your mobile phone.
We kindly request that you check out before 11:00.
Depending on availability, a later check-out is possible at an additional cost of €10.00 per hour with a maximum until 17:00 on the day of departure. Please inquire at our reception about the possibilities.
