Our modern fitness, located on the seventh floor, offers a perfect mix between exercise and relaxation. With the most modern fitness and cardio equipment from Technogym you can let off steam. Thanks to our many attributes you can perform an intensive workout.
Our fitness is suitable for guests who prepare their own training. The fitness is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00.
If you want to use our fitness, you must make a reservation. You can do this by going to the following website: www.fitbodysports.nl.
Click on make an appointment at the bottom of the page, click on Valk Gast/Guest, click on the desired day and time and state your room number in the comment. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
In the unlikely event that you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. This way we can offer your time block to someone else.
